In the fast-paced world of tech, having the right tools can make all the difference. Over the past couple of years, I've been on a journey to refine my tech stack, harnessing a powerful combination of software and applications that not only streamline my work but also amplify my creativity.

In this article, I'll share my experiences and insights into the tech stack I've carefully crafted, featuring tools like ChatGPT, Figma, Zapier, Slack, Photoshop, Framer and Taplio, and how each of them has played a vital role in helping me achieve my goals.

Chat GPT - the Powerhouse

ChatGPT has been my secret weapon since I came across it. Its natural language understanding capabilities have made tasks such as content generation and code assistance a breeze.

I've been able to save valuable time and energy, especially when brainstorming ideas, and even seeking assistance with tasks that I would usually have to hire someone else to help me out. ChatGPT is like having an intelligent assistant at my fingertips, always ready to provide insights and solutions.

Personally I refer to it as my own '“Jarvis”, it is a crazy thought that you literally have your own personalized professor for anything you wish to learn. The possibilities are endless and if you are not utilizing it, you my friend are 100% falling behind.

Figma - The Collaborative Design Platform

As a designer (my personal hobby that I know way too well) Pat on the back, Figma has become an integral part of my daily workflow. This is my favorite and my absolute go to each and every time.

Its real-time collaboration features have transformed the way my team and I work together, no matter where we are. From initial wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes, Figma simplifies the design process and encourages efficient iteration and feedback. Its intuitive interface and effortless sharing options have made it the go-to tool for both designers and non-designers on my team.

Furthermore Figma has enabled me to pump out content for my personal brand and for my businesses in a extremely efficient amount of time.

I can easily put out 20+ pieces of high quality content in less than one hour. The Solutions branding all comes from Figma!

Zapier - The Automation Wizard

Zapier has been my automation wizard, simplifying my work by connecting various applications and automating repetitive tasks. It acts as a bridge between different apps, triggering automated actions based on specific events or criteria. Thanks to Zapier, I've streamlined data transfers, automated email notifications, and reclaimed precious hours that I can now invest in more strategic and creative aspects of my work.

Slack - The Hub for Team Communication

Slack has played a pivotal role in keeping my team organized and connected. Its channels, direct messages, and integrations with other tools ensure seamless communication and collaboration. Even when working remotely, Slack has been our central hub for sharing ideas, discussing projects, and maintaining a sense of unity. It has truly revolutionized the way we work together.

Photoshop - The Creative Powerhouse

Adobe Photoshop remains a great addition to my creative powerhouse and compliments my work on Figma. With its advanced image editing and manipulation capabilities, it empowers me to create stunning visuals with precision. The seamless integration with other Adobe Creative Cloud apps enhances my creative workflow, allowing me to push the boundaries of design and deliver outstanding results.

Framer - The Interactive Prototyping Tool

Framer has been my ally in creating interactive prototypes that bring designs to life. It bridges the gap between design and development by enabling me to create prototypes with realistic interactions and animations. This has been invaluable in effectively communicating design concepts to stakeholders and developers, ensuring everyone is on the same page. You can spin up a landing page and ship it in less than 10 minutes, yes those times are correct.

Taplio - The Project Management Solution

Taplio has revolutionized my LinkedIn management. The platform is a gift to any content creator and entrepreneur that wants to grow on LinkedIn without spending online days on end. It has the capability to help you polish up all of your content before you post it, suggest visuals, schedule every single post, see insights into other high value creators that you are interested in and so much more that it would take a whole blog to go through. Highly recommended.
