My Private Mini Studio Setup
Designed for Maximum Productivity

Most people ask me how I balance everything out and how I manage to product high value content for both my personal brand and various businesses on a daily basis using a fraction of my daily work hours?
I wanted to write about my setup and the system I have developed to create High - level content at extremely fast speeds.
Let’s get into the 👇

SETUP
Over the past 12 months, I've really invested time and effort into something that matters a lot to me. I've been on a quest for knowledge, experimenting, engaging in discussions and reading as much as I can in order to make the right decision bout upgrading my equipment setup to make it future-proof and ultra-efficient, something that will serve me well for a decade or even longer.
Keep in mind I’ve optimised this setup to boost my productivity and efficiency to the max.
I had the pleasure of chatting with friends like Roberto Nickson, someone I deeply admire about the perfect setup and the Do’s and Don’ts. He's an absolute powerhouse and easily one of my all-time favorite content creators. If you haven't already, do check out his work. His content is a treasure trove of valuable insights and inspiration.

Supercharged Flow
For creating my content, my go-to software lineup consists mainly of Figma and Photoshop for visuals, Final Cut Pro for video editing and Artlist for audio and B-Roll footage.
Now, I won't dive too deep into the nitty-gritty details of these programs, but let me share 5 things that seriously supercharge my productivity:
Scheduled Content Blocks: Allocate dedicated time blocks for content creation. This practice ensures a consistent content output and keeps you accountable. Stick to the times you have allocated otherwise this strategy will go out of the window and you will turn back into a hot mess starting everything and finishing nothing.
Automation for Efficiency: Harness automation tools to streamline repetitive tasks and content creation processes. This not only boosts productivity but also ensures consistent and efficient workflows, check out Taplio for LinkedIn and Tweet Hunter for twitter.
Mastering Hotkeys: Learning and memorising the hotkeys for these programs has been a game-changer. After investing countless hours in practice, I can confidently say I know these software inside and out, making my workflow lightning-fast.
Templates for Consistency: Over time, I've built a library of custom templates tailored to different brands. These templates are like shortcuts to maintaining a consistent look and feel, saving me valuable time. Not going to lie I’ve spent a considerable amount of $$$ on getting the best ones. Rally look and research before you hit that Buy button.
Embracing ChatGPT's Power: I've found ChatGPT to be a game-changer in enhancing communication and content creation. It's like having a versatile conversational partner that streamlines interactions and helps me craft engaging content effortlessly. Change, amend and always proofread.
