Immerse yourself in your chosen niche. Attend events, webinars, and meetups or if you don’t have time for those you can do something extremely effective and join relevant online communities. Your mission is to have meaningful conversations with people in your niche and uncover their most pressing problems. Connecting with people in an organic and authentic manner is 100x more powerful that the scattergun approach, “casting you net far and wide, hoping for the best to happen”.

  • Example 1 - In the personal finance niche, your audience may struggle with budgeting. Offer solutions such as creating a budgeting spreadsheet, saving strategies or investment tips (not direct financial advice) big no, no if you are not qualified to do so.

Step 3 - Build a Small Audience

After understanding the problems, make yourself known as a potential problem solver. If you are not capturing data, you are doing it the wrong way!
